At Co-ord Canvas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver high-quality co-ord sets and ensure a smooth shopping experience, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our detailed return and refund policy.

🕐 Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must initiate the return process within 5 calendar days.

📸 Product Opening Video is Mandatory

To process any return or refund request, we require an unedited product opening video clearly showing:

  • The outer packaging (before opening)
  • The unpacking process
  • The product received and the issue (if any)

This helps us in verifying genuine concerns and ensuring fast resolution.

⚠️ Returns without an opening video will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

🎯 Custom Size Orders

Products made in custom sizes are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature.

However, in case of sizing issues, we do offer a free alteration service. The customer will need to ship the product back to us, and we’ll alter and return it promptly.

 Genuine Issues & Return Shipping

For genuine issues such as wrong product received, damaged product, or sizing issues (in standard size orders), we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner at no additional cost.

 Complaint Resolution Time

We aim to resolve all return or refund-related complaints within 3–4 working days after receiving your complete request (including opening video and order details).

🔁 Return Eligibility Checklist

Before raising a return request, please ensure:

  • Request is made within 5 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original condition with tags
  • Opening video is available and shared
  • Custom size products are excluded (alteration only)

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD).

Note

  • Return shipping is free only for verified complaints. In other cases, customers will bear return shipping cost.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
