  • Co-ord Canvas does not store any of your payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days and delivered based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays by courier partners, holidays, or other external factors.
  • Co-ord Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers but will assist in resolving delivery-related issues.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange

  • Returns can be claimed within 5 days of delivery, provided a complete product opening video is shared and the product is unused.
  • Custom-sized products are not eligible for refund, only for size alterations.
  • Full refund or exchange is subject to review and approval after inspection of the returned product.
